I came back from the Post Office a little while ago. I sent off ten postcards to five different countries, and soon I will receive ten postcards from other corners of the world! (And all of this is due to the hard work and supreme organization of a sweet Swedish woman named Hanna - a big thank you to you, lovely!)
It was a little intimidating to sign up for something so big - there are more than a hundred people involved in this swap! - but I closed my eyes and took the leap. It feels so great to make something with your very own hands and then send it off into the big world, to be loved and appreciated by a stranger hundreds or thousands of miles away. What an amazing thing that is!
Check out all my postcards here.

Dearest visitors,
Hello, hello! Thank you so very much for taking the time to take a peek into my little world here. This swap was such a wonderful experience, and I'm only just now realizing that making the postcards is only half the fun; already I've discovered many new blogs and new friends. What an incredible thing to connect with so many people around the world with something so simple as a postcard. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved!
And now, the postcards. The first one here is my favorite - which one do you like best?
